Another Friday Haiku ('cos I'm short of time)

A haiku's like life:
Sometimes tragic, sometimes dull,
But always quite short.

Aren't true Haiku supposed to make reference to the seasons and all sort of other crazy rules?

Easily the best haiku ever.

It is true that haikus are traditionally about nature. Mine was a meditation on the nature of life itself.

And Maine, your words are too kind. This one's for you:

Inside each of us,
Tiny Japanese poets
Wish to share their dreams

But not as wasted,
As the seventeen you used
To write your riposte.

I thought Badfriend's one
Was much better than any
Of your three attempts.

This is boring now.
I'm very hungry so I'm
Off to cook my tea.

No - you are so wrong. Mine were meticulously constructed and great.
