A 1 or a 0 is a bit, and there are 8 of these in a byte.
The post is stored as html, which is basically plain text ASCII with tags. ASCII uses 1 byte per character, and therefore your post (including html tags) would have to be 57 characters long to be comprised of 456 1's and 0's.
