Last time on Heroes

For a show that gets so many things so right, I just don't understand how Heroes has such abysmal recaps of previous episodes. The voice-over on them is unbelievably poor. I won't describe it, I think it really has to be seen/heard to be be believed. Why, why, why is it so awful???
