Cheese on Friday

It's Friday: Smile everybody! Say Cheese!

Actually, cheese reminds me. I finally remembered the name of the cheese that had left my head the other day. This is good because it means that I wasn't losing my mind after all. Or at least I wasn't losing my mind at any faster rate than normal.

For your reference, the cheese in question was Port Salut.

    I nearly bought some of that at Tesco's last night, but then I remembered that it's horrible and tastes like melted plastic.

    I like some cheese. Mainly the harder ones. In fact, last time I saw you I ate some cheese!

    Oh I like Port Salut, quite like Chaumes. But to be honest other cheeses are either creamier, stronger or smellier.
